AZEEZIA COLLEGE OF NURSING runs by PODIKUNJU MUSALIAR MEMORIAL CHARITABLE EDUCATIONAL TRUST was started in the year 2007 with the first batch of BSc Nursing having an intake of 50 Seats. The college is affiliated to KUHS, approved by KNMC& INC. The nursing college is attached to Azeezia Medical College Hospital. The hospital is 540 bedded, a NABH accredited teaching hospital. MOTO of the college is EDUCATION with HEALING TOUCH. Students are nurtured and catered by experienced nursing teachers and medical college teachers. A well equipped nursing college library (opens till 6pm) and central medical college library are open for students for their reference. Community training for students were enhanced by 5 centers including own centers and Govt PHCs. College and hospital campus located at meeyanoor just 18 Km from Kollam town.
At Azeezia, it is firmly believed that we, as a group of medical institutions, have to contribute towards the growth and welfare of the nation. It is only possible by imparting higher education to its students so that they become competent, professional and liberal minded individuals.
